BodyBuilding.com wanted to create brand awareness and promote military discounts with the goal of driving sales from military members and dependents to their online store.
Through Refuel’s proprietary relationships with military installments around the world, we were able to integrate BodyBuilding.com into the military community—directly engaging with active duty service members, veterans and their families.
Because of data and insights from our Military Explorer Series™, Refuel knows that nearly half of military audiences attend family friendly events on-base and nearly one-third participate with on-base sporting / fun run events. With this information in mind, our military audience experts ran large scale on-base banner advertising and hosted booths at sampling events to create brand awareness in the community.
Through on-base branding, sampling events, and in-person engagements, Refuel reached 4.6 million military personnel on select bases across the U.S. This initiative successfully achieved 315,000 impressions and distributed 20,000 samples.
